We are a non-governmental organisation based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, working in the health sector. Our aim is to close the gap between patients who need care and the healthcare they are entitled to — by explaining government health schemes, guiding patients to appropriate hospitals, and arranging affordable transport and medicines.

No. ShivTirth Janadhar is a service of Shivtirth Bahuuddeshiy Pratishthan, a non-governmental organisation. We do not act on behalf of the government and this is not an official government portal. We help with information, guidance and coordination only.

We do not charge for guidance or scheme-related assistance. Services such as ambulance transport and medicines may carry an affordable charge, which is always explained to you in advance.

No. Submitting the form is not an approval. Eligibility, covered packages and authorisation are decided by the relevant scheme authority and the hospital. We help you understand and complete that process.

Yes. Please apply anyway. We will guide you on which scheme you may qualify for and where to apply for a card.
