What is this scheme?

Ayushman Bharat — Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana is a health scheme of the Government of India. Eligible families may receive cashless treatment at empanelled hospitals for procedures included in the scheme. Eligibility, covered packages and the limit of cover are determined by the National Health Authority.

About the Ayushman card

Many beneficiaries hold an Ayushman card. If you do not have one, whether you are eligible can be checked on the official portal or at an Ayushman centre. We can point you to where and how to apply. We do not issue cards ourselves.

MJPJAY and PM-JAY together

In Maharashtra the two schemes are run together. Which one applies to your family depends on your documents and eligibility. We can help you work out which route to follow.

Eligible beneficiaries may receive cashless treatment for covered procedures or services, subject to applicable scheme rules, eligibility verification, package availability and authorisation.
