6. We verify the information

   Our team reviews what you have submitted and checks what is missing.

7. We contact you

   A team member calls you on the number you gave us.

8. Your case progresses

   We support you through document collection, hospital coordination and scheme verification.

9. You receive next-step instructions

   You are told clearly what happens next and what, if anything, you need to do.
