We do not charge for guidance or scheme-related assistance. Services such as ambulance transport and medicines may carry an affordable charge, which is always explained to you in advance.
No. Submitting the form is not an approval. Eligibility, covered packages and authorisation are decided by the relevant scheme authority and the hospital. We help you understand and complete that process.
Yes. Please apply anyway. We will guide you on which scheme you may qualify for and where to apply for a card.
Your details and documents are stored outside the public part of the website and are visible only to authorised staff after they sign in. Every time a document is opened it is recorded. Please read our privacy notice for the full picture.
